Composite Toe Caps Materials

Composite toe caps are made from non-metallic materials, including Plastic Resin and Fiberglass.

Plastic Resin: This is a lightweight material made from synthetic compounds. It’s best known for its strength and resistance to wear, despite being less dense and heavy than traditional steel.

Fiberglass: A robust, man-made material crafted from extremely fine fibers of glass. It’s praised for its high strength, yet lightweight nature, and its excellent resistance to adverse environmental conditions.

Based on these materials, Composite Toe Caps offer a level of protection similar to steel toe caps but are much lighter in weight.

We are a manufacturer of safety toe caps, one of our production bases is located in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, and another production base is located in Hebei Province, total 23 production lines, including 18 fully automatic intelligent production lines

2. What is your safety toe caps MOQ?

Our safety toe caps minimum order quantity need 5000 pairs per model. for trail order we can accept as 1000 pairs per model. for some commonly used models like 604 steel toe caps, we keep stocks for ready to ship, pls contact us for your inquired models.

3. What is the safety toe caps order delivery time?

Safety toe caps order delivery time depends on the quantity. usually for one 20ft container quantity about 100,000 pairs need 20 days after receiving your deposit. for some models we have stocks, which means could ship out immediately upon receiving your payment.

4. Can I request some samples before place order?

Yes. we can send you samples for you to check quality and fit. we can also open new molds based on your lasts, from sketches, mockups by 3D printing, to the final samples made by the opened model, we will send you each one step by step for your approval.

5. What is your company payment term?

Now we can only accept TT 30% deposite before production and the balance 70% before delivery. For sample delivery we will provide 1-5 pairs samples for free and buyers undertake courier charges.

6. Do you have R&D department in your factory?

Yes, we have our own R&D center, which spent nearly USD200,000. with CNC machines, 3D scanning, 3D printing, and other equipment. The whole R&D center is more than 30 technicians and has been operating for 8 years.
